
Here at Abbotts Event Hire, we thought it’d be handy to put together a guide to our order process, so you know what to expect step by step when using our site.
From creating an order inquiry to confirming its booking at your event, here’s everything you need to know…
1) Visit the Site
Naturally, the first step is to find us (which you’ve already done!) and select the items you need to throw the ultimate bash from our selection.
There’s not too much more to say about this one, simply sit back, relax, and enjoying browsing our unbeatable catalogue of items. Whether it’s a wedding, work do or just an excuse to get together with your nearest and dearest, take some time to put together the perfect order for your event!
2) Add to Basket
Once you’ve found everything you need to make your night a success, it’s time to start filling up your basket! Select the quantity of each item you want, as well as how long you need it for, where to send it to, and how to get in touch with you.
There’s no better feeling than seeing your event come together right in front of your eyes…
3) Submit Order
Now you’re ready to go, it’s time to press send! It’s important to note that at this point you’re NOT committing to any form of payment, instead you’re creating an order form for us to check over and confirm against – a copy of which will be emailed over to you so you have a record of everything you’ve requested.
In 99% of cases, we’ll be able to fulfil your request down to the teaspoon, but there’s a few things we need to check and figure out before we can confirm your order – just sit tight and wait to hear from our team of account managers.
4) Hear from our Team of Account Managers!
Your order will be assigned to a dedicated member of the Abbotts team, who will be your point of contact and guide from the moment you hit send to the collection of your order.
As soon as we possibly can, they’ll be back in touch over the phone with your complete order quote, including delivery costs, insurance fees or confirmed availability of all the items you’ve requested.
5) Confirm Order and Pay
After a quick check over from you, it’s time to finalise your order. Either whilst we’ve got you on the line, or using our bespoke online portal, we can take secure payment details from you and get your event in our diary.
Now all that’s left to do is get excited about your event! Safe in the knowledge that the pieces to make it an unforgettable evening are all taken care of in one simple, easy to manage order.
