Abbotts Event Hire, is a local, family-run company which supplies the hospitality, events and festival industries in the South West, since 1987. The company has grown and is now one of the largest companies of it’s kind in The South West employing 20 members of staff, and having a fleet of 10 vehicles, allowing us to offer a personal delivery service throughout Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and Dorset.

We have many brides, grooms and families come in looking for our help in providing the right equipment to make their dream day a reality. From first contact, through to collection of our equipment after your event, our aim is to take the hassle away from you. Whether you need a refrigerated trailer, a full kitchen and crockery or simply some tables and chairs we will work with you to supply whatever equipment is required to make your event a success.
A typical hire may consist of a dozen fridges for a bar at a music festival or demonstration kitchen for a chef to show off his talent at a food and drink fair but often a hire is not typical and may include full catering facilities for a VIP area, a lighting rig or a starcloth for a backdrop.
