Abbotts Event Hire, is a local, family-run company which supplies the catering and hospitality industry in the South West, since 1987. The company has grown and is now one of the largest companies of it’s kind in The South West employing 30 members of staff, and having a fleet of 15 vehicles, allowing us to offer a personal delivery service throughout Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and Dorset using our own transport.

 

We offer a comprehensive range of products from a box of glasses to a complete kitchen.

We have a wide product range, allowing you to co-ordinate the theme of an event to your preferred design and colour scheme. We have many brides, grooms and families come in looking for our help in providing the right equipment to make their dream day a reality. Some have full and clear ideas of what they need so simply select from our wide range of styles but others need varying degrees of help and guidance to get them to that point.

From conference chairs to tea spoons we have it covered.

From first contact, through to collection of our equipment after your event, our aim is to take the hassle away from you. Whether you need a refrigerated trailer, a full kitchen and crockery or simply some tables and chairs we will work with you to supply whatever equipment is required to make your event a success.

Music festival or food & drink fair – keeping it cold or cooking it up.

A typical hire may consist of a dozen fridges for a bar at a music festival or demonstration kitchen for a chef to show off his talent at a food and drink fair but often a hire is not typical and may include full catering facilities for a VIP area, a lighting rig or a starcloth for a backdrop.
